Services include primary care (comprehensive exams, chronic disease management, preventive screenings and wellness consultations), at-home sick visits for colds, flu, infections, earaches, sore throat, allergies and minor injuries, new prescriptions and refills, lab work through major labs, on-site rapid tests (COVID, flu, strep, UTI, mono, H. pylori, pregnancy), medical weight management including GLP-1 medications, women's and men's health, minor procedures and injections (abscess drainage, laceration repair, wound care, nebulizer treatments, IV fluids), sports and school physicals, medical letters, and specialist referrals.
Getting care starts with a free phone consultation; the provider then visits the home or meets by video to diagnose and create a treatment plan, with telehealth follow-up afterwards.
